About Indochine Cruise
Set sail in 2019, the Indochine Cruise is one of the largest and newest vessels in Ha Long Bay. The Indochine features 43 spacious staterooms, each showcasing the charm of French Indochine heritage with its quaint wooden furnishings. The cabins are categorized into Junior Suite, Suite, Executive Suite, President Suite, and Family Triple Suite with sizes from 32 to 54 sqm. Each stateroom is designed for ultimate comfort, equipped with a plush bed dressed in luxurious linens, a large marble en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a private exterior balcony.
Guests aboard the Indochine can explore the wonders of Cat Ba Island, a highlight of Lan Ha Bay, and visit the intriguing Bat Cave, also known as the Light and Dark Cave, one of the bay?s most fascinating attractions.

DAY 1: HA NOI-LAN HA BAY-DARK AND BRIGHT
Meal: Lunch, Dinner
11:45-12:00 Boarding our boat at Tuan Chau Port-enjoy welcome drink, receive cruise briefing and safety instructions.
13:15-14:00 Passengers enjoy Lunch.
15:30 The crew take passengers visit the Dark and Bright (also known as Bat Cave) grotto is not only known for the stunning limestone structure at every turn but also for the interesting natural habitat. The best way to explore this cave is doing kayaking or bamboo sampan drive by local people through the tunnel so you will spend mostly your time relaxing and enjoy the quiet and natural place .
16:30 Return to cruise enjoy swimming in the bay
17:45 Depart and cruise for about 30 minutes to anchor overnight.
18:15 Attend the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef. During the lesson, the chef will conduct Fruit and Vegetable carving, showing the guests how we decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food.
19:15 Dinner is served.
20:30 Evening activities. Board games like cards or Parcheesi are available. Also, everyone can try their luck at Squid fishing on the boat with help from the crew.
22:30 End of Program for Day 1.
DAY 2: LAN HA BAY-TRUNG TRANG CAVE-HA NOI
Meal: Breakfast, Brunch
06:00 Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in the dining room.
06:15 Enjoy Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.
07:15 Cruise crew takes guests visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island.
09:00 Guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please collect all of your belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside the cabins.
09:30 Enjoy a Brunch in the restaurant. Bills are settled after Brunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau port, relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

08:00 To embark on an authentic short adventure, you will transfer from our luxurious cruise to a local boutique day boat for an unforgettable traditional Vietnamese voyage to Viet Hai village, where we will walk around the idyllic enclave and see the residents’ fabulously rustic homes. We then ride our bicycles or electric vans down village paths to enjoy some of Cat Ba Island’s stunning landscape.
This unique opportunity offers an immersive experience where you can temporarily step away from luxury to engage in the life of local fishermen. Venture deeper into the bay to interact witt its peaceful beauty and calm, embracing a simpler and more authentic lifestyle.

13:00 Continue to explore Lan Ha Bay
17:00 Return to the Indochine Cruise. Rejoin the cruise and relax onboard as we sail to the overnight anchorage.

06:30 Enjoy Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck (lasting for about 30 minutes)
07:15 Cruise crew takes guests visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island.
09:00 Upon returning to the boat, guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please collect all of your belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside the cabins (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
09:30 Enjoy a Brunch in the restaurant. Bills are settled after Brunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau port, relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
